As the president and founder of We Are Crave, I help clients develop and tell their story to the media, customers and other stakeholders.  With more than two decades of experience, I’m a expert in food & agriculture PR, marketing, communications and branding. I’m one of Canada’s leading media relations experts and known for my impressive network of food innovators, tastemakers and change makers. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the who’s who of culinary talent in Canada.   I believe that a powerful story can connect people, change perceptions and drive business. 

I serve as a mentor with Innovation Guelph, a regional innovation centre. I’m also an active member of Canadian Women in Food, a member of the Canadian Agri-food Marketers Alliance and the National Agri-Marketing Association.  

Fun Facts

I’m a passionate weekend gardener with a particular interest in growing Ontario native plants that support biodiversity. I’m also intersted in hyper-local food. As a child, I raised 16 hens and a rooster. I’m Dutch, by they way, named after this guys’s wife.
